Alderson-Broaddus College, informally known as simply A-B, is a private, four-year liberal arts college located in Philippi, which is a city in West Virginia, USA, that serves as the county seat of Barbour County, with a population estimated at a number of nearly 3000 inhabitants, during the 2000 census.
Alderson-Broaddus was established in 1871 and it is affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA and the West Virginia Baptist Convention.
